General Shipping Information

Delivery:

All orders are dispatched via Australia Post. Please refer to Australia Post’s current delivery time frames for your area.

Order Tracking:

Once you receive your shipping confirmation email you can track your order by clicking the link in the email. 

Custom and Duty charges:

Deliveries to countries outside Australia might incur customs or import taxes/ COD fees. Unfortunately, since we don't have any control over these charges, BOWY Active is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. 

Custom Kit Shipping:

Custom kit shipping starts from $10 and will increase depending on order quantity. Delivery time is roughly 4-6 weeks from order to delivery.  Tracking details and delivery details will be made available for customers via email once kit creation has been completed and sent. 

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges:
