Return/Refund Policy

Not fully satisfied with your purchase?

You can return your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund or store credit.
If you change your mind within 30 days, we can offer you an exchange or store credit.

Australian orders: Email info@bowyactive.com with your order number and we'll send you a postage bag for your free return.

International orders: Email info@bowyactive.com with your order number and we'll send you our returns address. International customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return postage. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't take responsibility for returns lost in transit. Any customs duties or taxes on the return are also your responsibility.

For health and hygiene reasons, some products can't be returned.

• Items need to be returned within 30 days to receive an exchange or store credit.
• Items must be returned within 14 days to receive a refund. Handling fees apply.
• Products must be unworn and unwashed.
• Returns affected by perfume, deodorant or make-up will not be accepted.
• Your item must be in resalable condition with tags still attached.
• Returns and exchanges are not available for pre-ordered products.
• Returns and exchanges are not available for custom orders.
