We worked with the McCarthy Homes Queensland Cycling Foundation Team to design a full custom kit. Skin suits, jerseys, bib shorts, and socks that all matched to their team colours and sponsor branding exactly. From concept to delivery, every rider got a complete, unified team look built for performance on race day.

Team Mich and WRDT CC at MS Gong Ride
We kitted out Team Mich and WRDT CC with custom jerseys and bib shorts for the MS Gong Ride, Sydney to Wollongong's iconic charity ride raising funds for people living with multiple sclerosis. Both teams brought on a huge lineup of sponsors to support their fundraising, and every logo found its place on the jersey, laid out clean and legible, not crammed in.

We designed the event jersey for the Buderim9 Challenge, the Sunshine Coast's toughest charity hill climb, 76km and nine punishing climbs in aid of the Pyjama Foundation. A jersey built to be seen from the first hill to the last.

Is there a minimum order for custom cycling kit?
No. There's no minimum order quantity — order a single jersey or bib shorts, all the way up to a full club or team kit run.
How long does production take?
Most custom kit orders are produced and shipped within 4-6 weeks of your design being finalised. Working to an event date? Let us know and we'll plan around it.
Do I need design experience, or can your team help?
No experience needed. Our design team works with you directly, from a rough idea through to a finished design.
What are my ordering options?
Order directly yourself, or for clubs and teams, we can set up a shop page so riders order their own sizes individually.
Can I reorder easily?
Yes. Once your design is finalised, we keep it on file — reordering for new members or future seasons doesn't mean starting from scratch.
Does BOWY Active offer gender-specific fit?
Yes. All BOWY Active kit, including custom orders, is built specifically for men's and women's fit rather than a single unisex cut.
Can I order custom kit for just myself, not a whole club?
Yes. Individual riders can order one-off custom jerseys, bib shorts, or full kits — no team or club required.
Do you offer sponsor logo placement on club kit?
Yes. Sponsor logos, club branding, and rider names can all be included in your custom kit design.
